Sophie Nelson-Crouse

Founder, President & Chief Executive Officer
Sophie founded Elite Business Management Services (EBMS) to help individuals, entrepreneurs, and organizations navigate complex administrative processes with professionalism, integrity, and practical solutions. Her academic background in law, combined with experience in business development and operations, enables EBMS to deliver organized, client-focused administrative support while collaborating with licensed professionals where regulated advice or representation is required.
My professional journey began in social services, where I spent more than a decade supporting individuals, families, and vulnerable communities. Those experiences shaped the way I lead today. They taught me the importance of listening, earning trust, and recognizing that every client has a unique story and a unique goal. My educational background includes criminology, family and social relations, and law. Together, these disciplines have given me a well-rounded perspective on people, organizations, and the systems that influence both personal and professional success.
While completing my first university degree, I founded Elite Cleaning as a way to support myself through school. What began as a small business quickly grew into a respected company serving residential, commercial, and short-term rental clients. Building that business from the ground up taught me invaluable lessons about leadership, customer service, financial management, operations, and resilience. It also reinforced my belief that every successful organization is built on strong systems, clear processes, and genuine relationships. That experience became the foundation for Elite Business Management Services Inc. | LLC.
Today, EBMS provides business consulting, operational strategy, executive and career coaching, international education services, immigration administrative support, family law administrative support, and professional documentation services. Although these areas are diverse, they all share one purpose: helping clients navigate complexity with clarity, confidence, and practical support.
One of my greatest passions is writing. I enjoy taking complex ideas, policies, and processes and transforming them into documents that are clear, practical, and easy to understand. Whether I'm developing business policies, creating operational systems, preparing professional documentation, or writing educational resources, I believe that good writing builds confidence, strengthens organizations, and helps people make informed decisions.
I don't believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. Every client, every business, and every goal deserves a personalized approach built on integrity, professionalism, and trust. Nathalie Harry, SHRM-CP
Human Resources Manager
Nathalie Harry, SHRM-CP, serves as Human Resources Manager at Elite Business Management Services (EBMS). She oversees the company's human resources function, including employee relations, recruitment support, onboarding, policy implementation, compliance, and workforce development. Nathalie works closely with leadership to foster a positive workplace culture, support organizational growth, and ensure HR best practices are integrated into the company's operations.
